Definitions

• Site: refers to all publicly accessible pages on remark.sh
• Visitor: any person browsing the site
• Software: refers to the web application protected by authentication on remark.sh, accessible only to users with an account
• User: any person who has created an account on the site

Eligibility

To use our service, you must be at least 18 years old.

Description of the Service

remark.sh is a SaaS platform that aims to help product builders collect, organize and act on user feedback. Core features include:

• A lightweight integration (SDK or API) for submitting feedback
• Automated de-duplication and categorization powered by a large language model (LLM)
• An online dashboard for voting, filtering and tracking feedback items

Please note: remark.sh automates feedback management but does not replace professional consulting or support services.

How It Works

When a user submits a feedback, our SDK sends it securely to us. We then process it with a large language model (LLM) to remove duplicates, categorize it and group similar feedback.

For A/B testing, we may switch between models (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT), but we never use your feedback data to train those external services, nor do we sell it.

You’ll then see everything in your dashboard (feedback, votes, categories, contacts, etc.).

Pricing and Subscription

Prices are displayed in USD on the website. You can use the service with its free, forever plan.

Payment is handled securely by Polar, that uses Stripe under the hood, an approved Banque de France payment service provider.

We do not store or have access to your credit card information. When you pay, you are redirected to Polar's secure payment interface.

Payment Issues

If your payment fails, our provider Polar will automatically send you:

• A first email the day of the failure
• A second reminder 3 days after
• A final reminder 7 days after

Without regularizing after these reminders, your account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan.

To reactivate your account, you will need to update your payment information from your Polar portal. The service will automatically resume as soon as the payment is made.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain the service accessible 24/7. However, we reserve the right to interrupt access for maintenance or updates, to the extent possible with prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as-is” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of remark.sh. You remain responsible for how you use the feedback data.

Intellectual Property

All software, content and trademarks on remark.sh are our property or licensed to us. Access does not grant ownership rights.

Personal Data

Your data is stored in France and processed in compliance with GDPR. Collected data includes:

• Account information (email, name)
• Feedback messages and associated data

You may exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion) via your account or by contacting us at support@remark.sh.

Modifications

We may update these Terms or our pricing. You will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any significant change. Changes apply on your next billing cycle.

Account Termination

You may cancel or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Data will be purged after the legally required retention period.
